Why do i get peaks with this simple preset?

hello,

when i press/hold a chord,
first it's ok,
then it begins to peak in the middle of the release (i think it's the release),
and after that it's ok again.

The preset is in the attachment. Just unzip it.

Btw, why are .h2p-extensions not allowed in the attachment?

Looks like the signal is much too 'hot' - try turning 'Master' or 'Output' down, then save.
