Bazille Filter's Key Follow :: how does it work ?

I'm confused with the relationship between bazille filter's cutoff and key follow knob.
Would anyone explain ?

you let in any audiosignal into filter input, noize is better in this case, and move cutoff knob all the way up.
You keep pressing, for example, C4. and gradually move up key follow knob.
At value 39.99 to 40, I find that sound gets killed and you hear nothing from any key above c4.

That way Filter cut off wouldn't follow the key notes. It is not a fully keytracking filter anymore.

Next You first move key follow knob all the way up first at the value 100 so that it must be fully keytracking this time. In this case, upper limit cutoff value is 113, above this value I find sounds gets killed.

I think I understand that this is because Filter's cutoff value reached the limit or something.

The thing i want to make sure is this.
When using filter with key follow knob at value 100 that is fully keytracking, available/playable key will decrease depending on the set cutoff value? Above example, c4 is the highest key that you can play, etc.
Is this meant to work like this at first place ? I find this very uncomfortable, this takes some time to know the useable cutoff value for each patch especially for people like me who cannnot precisely analyze and learn numbers.

and is there any way to safely use fullykeytracking filter without experiencing audio-kills.

Cutoff knob all the way up? Key Follow shouldn't make any difference to the sound.

Filter 2's LP24 cutoff at value 150 going straight to the output in this case, sorry.

it doesn't make any difference to the sound,yes. with Key follow knob at 100, at LP24 at 150 wouldn't make any sounds instead.
but at 113, it starts making sounds.

There might be a bug here? The filter can cut out when cutoff + keyfollow are very high. Toggling to HQ mode fixes this, more strangely toggling HQ mode on and then off also fixes this.

Thank you xh3rv, it is working now.
In my case after I turned off HQ mode, keytracking worked fine without problem.
