Possible to install Amplesound instruments to internal drive other than the main HD?

I tried the Amplesound Bass demo last month, and it's phenomenal.

During my trial period, however, I noticed that it was only possible to install the instrument on the main hard drive of my Mac. I prefer to install all of my sample-based instruments to secondary internal hard drives, and I'm wondering if this would be possibile for the Amplesound Bass P.
