Pianoteq 4/5 STAGE compatible

Any Receptor 2 or VIP owners feel like helping a guy out?

I've tried putting Pianoteq 4 STAGE (not the standard or pro version) on my Receptor 2 (OS 1.9). It installs and registers ok, and it even plays well when you bring up the plugin.

However, patch recall remains problematic. When I save a patch--either at the instrument, single, or multi level--and then attempt to recall it, the Receptor GUI eventually locks up and eventually crashes. It may not happen immediately but the host does become unstable after loading Pianoteq patches.

I've tried the Pianoteq 5 Stage demo as well... same behavior.

Anyone else had the same experience with the Stage version, or would you be willing to try the demo on your machine to see if you can replicate it?

If the VIP or OS2.0 works better...that's one more reason to move forward with that upgrade.

Interesting! With demo (pianoteq 5) it makes sense that it would give you trouble as demos generally don't let you save patches. The full version on the other hand should not. What happens when the Receptor locks up? Also are the singles/multis using default settings for pianoteq or are they custom patches?

Some progress:

I can load the plugin and switch between source(plugin)-level patches all day with no hiccups.

When I load Pianoteq from a Single or Multi, the host resets itself after a moment. It doesn't happen immediately, only after I play a couple of notes... then *click* host restarts
