Using either MAutoEqualizerLinearPhase or MEqualizerLinearPhase in surround mode (currently I'm using a 5.1 file) results in channels 3 to 6 being corrupted.
Below you can see the before and after of a flat MEqualizerLinearPhase instance, it has no filters switched on at all so i would expect the output to be identical. But as you can see only the first two channels are working correctly.
This issue only seems to affect the linear phase plugs, it does not affect the non-linear phase versions of those plugins, so it's not an issue with my host or with all Melda plugs. It also doesn't seem to affect multiband plugins that are set to linear phase crossovers. It also doesn't effect FFT plugins like Spectral Dynamics. So it seems to be exclusive to those two plugins that i've seen.
Thanks!

Interesting! I'll check it out? Which host are you using btw? I want the same simulation conditions.

Ok I found it, it actually distorts just the beginning or it looks so, and once you change the mode it starts working. Yet, it will be fixed!

Thanks!
For reference, I used Adobe Audition in the above shot. One of the really useful features it has is to preview what an effect will look like, which is what the screenshot was.
