Synthmaster No Longer Acknowledges My Serial Number After Recent Update

I just updated to the newest version of Synthmaster and now it won't work, instead I get a popup stating: "License File Contains Invalid Values", and the VST is disabled.

I'm assuming the problem lies in that I originally bought Synthmaster using my personal email address/Paypal acct. I bought my most recent preset bank using another email/Paypal act that I use primarily for work. As a result, the Synthmaster site no longer recognizes the email address that I originally purchased the plugin with but instead acknowledges the email address that I bought my most recent preset bank with as the "main" email address - in which the site will send my serial number to, authorize downloads, etc.

I went ahead and had the license key sent to the email used for my most recent preset purchase (again, it no longer acknowledges my original purchase email address), downloaded the update with said license key, and the plugin is disabled.

I can't be the only one who's encountered this problem. Anyone had to deal with this and find a solution that they'd care to share.

And yes, I tried contacting KV331 via the Contact Form, but immediately got an email claiming there was a "Message Delivery Failure" and the Message/Email couldn't be sent.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Even if there's a temporary problem with the KV331 contact form, your best bet probably is to wait until it's fixed (which I imagine will be soon) and try contacting them again. I had a very similar problem to what you describe a few months ago, and the folks at KV331 resolved it for me very quick.
