Updated to version 1.5, added controls for:

- FX
- Global and Arp
- Mod Matrix (Sources and VIa, not possible to map destinations)
- Sequencer

No mapping still, but I improved Menus (now work properly) and some parameters show values.

Found a problem when mapping, Hive reacts to the same CC on different MIDI channels, so you can't map pass the first 127 CC.
