Low Priority Bug: Multi-Screen scroll wheel behavior

I use my scroll wheel on knobs to do accurate tweaking. Lately, I've been sending my DAWs and the VSTs loaded inside those DAWs to my external (secondary) screen so I can use my desktop to drag files around while working on a project. While Synthmaster is on the external screen, my scroll wheel has no effect on the knob value. When I bring Synthmaster back onto my main display, my scroll wheel effects the knobs as it normally should.

I can still use Synthmaster with little trouble thus making this a lower priority.

Tested in Mutools Mulab and Zynewave Podium.
