Is the sends scrolling stuff implemented?

At controller-api.bitwig.com I see information about functions like addCanScrollSendsUpObserver, scrollSendsDown, etc. on TrackBank objects and none of it seems to do anything. I currently have a fixed number of sends in my script (10 right now) and obviously that's not ideal. If these worked, I could iterate over the existing sends the way the controller is intended to work.
