Hello,
Is there a way to remove unused "recorded audio" from the project ?

There is.

On the Projects page, the Properties panel includes a 'Search for Unused Files' button. You can go through the resulting list deleting whichever you wish. You may select several files for deletion in the usual ways.

One thing to be cautious of when deleting orphaned files, if you have a file that is stored in another folder other than the project folder, but used in the project, it may view that as an orphaned file since it isn't in the project folder, and when asked to delete source files, these could be deleted unintentionally. I'm still working in T2, so I'm not sure this has changed in T5, just wanted to give you a heads up.

Uhm ... in fact it was ok the first time, but now it seems to be kind of strange ?
for example, in my project there are 6 "recorded audio", and only 2 are still in use in the edit page, when i click on the "search for unused", the "orphaned material" shows the 6 audio files (so it includes also the used ones) ?
so if i remove them, and go back on the edit page it says "missing file" and it seems to be normal.
can you tell me please if i do something wrong ?

Once the files have been deleted/removed, the clips will remain in the edit, however they will be empty, hence the message "missing file". At this point the clips can also be deleted since they are no longer needed. As for the two files that you're saying show up as orphaned files, but you say are being used, is there any chance that the source of those files are located somewhere else other than the project folder? An example would be if you imported an audio file from a different location on your computer, this would show up as an orphaned file since the source isn't located in the project folder. Hope this makes sense.
Also, when removing the orphaned files, there is an option to just remove them from the edit, or delete the file completely. If you only remove them, they may still show up as orphaned since the source file is still there.
Again, I'm still using T2, so I'm not sure it this has changed in T5.

thanks flamin!
in fact there seems to have kind of a delay in using this delete function, because if i do the same thing after a while the 2 files now don't appear anymore in the list of orphans ...
(by the way i like to keep every thing together, so all the files are in the project repository, and i use T5)
so as-is the function is a little bit risky, unless i am doing something wrong which is really possible (-:
