MU-Tools: Rackdevice for MIDI Out [FR]

Hi,

is there a way to configure a rack device for one distinct MIDI Out Channel?
I'd like to have a rack device for a MIDI Out channel. So I could easily assign a MIDI Channel to a track by dragging the rack to the track and change its volume and pan position. This would be great.

If it's not possible, then it's a feature request [FR].
This device could also have some UI-Elements i.e. for switching MIDI Thru On/Off.
Would be nice if various colors could be assinged to various channels of the same port.
Additional buttons and sliders could be added for various MIDI Controls. (Seems that this works already)
