Hi folks,
just a little bug report - when you install any of out plugins, they can be dragged by right/bottom corner to resize them. This doesn't work in T 5, because when the first resizing occurs, T 5 steals the active window. Please check it out. For the record, if work in all other host I'm aware of (which is more or less all of them), however similar problem is/was in Studio One VST3 Windows version.

Hi there, can I just clarify what versions of Tracktion/plugins the resizing doesn't work in? OS/architecture/plugin format.
Thanks,
Dave
Thanks,
Dave

Hi Dave,
I installed the latest Tracktion, and you can probably use any version of the plugins. Just get some here:

I have the same problem on two systems.
Latest Tacktion Version(5.4.2.) Windows 7 64 bit, Core i5 and another Core i7
Also tested it with 32bit Tracktion and 64 bit VST3, but in none of the configration the resize work.

In another words - use latest Tracktion and install ANY of the plugins (which is latest version) from the download page. Not sure, what to clarify here

Just grabbed a copy of your MFreeEffectsBundle to give this a try.
Installed it on T5, latest version, on 64 bit Windows 8.0
Added Manalyzer to a new Tracktion edit, and tried to grab the little arrow in the bottom right corner to test this, and got the following popup
"Sorry, this feature (resizing plugin editor) is not available in this edition of the plugin. Please upgrade at http://www.meldaproduction.com"
So, i've tried "ANY" plugin, on "ANY" architecture, and not had much joy with that.
Does it do the same thing on 32 bit windows 7, 64 bit windows 8.1, on OSX, on all your plugins, in the VST, VST3, AU versions of all of your plugins (apart from the ones which don't support resizing, obviously)
I don't work for TSC, by the way...

Damn sorry, you picked the only one, which has this disabled. Just please get anything else - some of the trials. You picked the free plugins, which have some features disabled, unless you upgrade.

Think I'll leave this to the devs who work for TSC to figure out what versions of your plugs are affected, on which platform, tbh.
If it helps, during the setup screen, when I first run the free effects bundle, the bit where you choose the skin, and whether you want to use sliders or knobs, etc, I *WAS* able to resize the melda plugin window, in t5, on windows 8.0 64 bit.
So presumably you do something different I the window handling code for that bit, in your plugins, or maybe the resizing problem just doesn't happen, on my laptop.
I won't be trying other plugins, to figure it out, sorry. If you won't say which plugs you tried, that definitely have this problem, on which o/s, I have better things to do than guess how to replicate the issue.
Again, just to be clear, I don't work for TSC, I'm just an end user. Pretty sure the tracktion devs will help you sort this.
