Problem with MIDI learn

Hi,
Just bought Zebra 2 (2.7). When I select MIDI learn on one of the X/Y pads and move a CC knob on my MIDI controller (Maschine 2 in MIDI Control mode), nothing happens, although it works with every other plugin/app and I also see the little flashing LED in Zebra indicating MIDI IN activity. I don't even know where to start looking as this seems like a dead-simple feature with no settings to be found.
Please help. Thanks.

Been there, done that, unfortunately. It was the first thing I tried. Is this the only channel for official u-he support?

I just got it to work by going to the XY tab at the bottom and assigning the knobs there to knobs on my controller. But yeah assigning them to the pad directly did nothing.

Thank you very much. Indeed right-click assignments on the knobs work just fine. IMHO u-he should either fix this or remove the MIDI learn option from the pads entirely, as this is very confusing.
Cheers.
