Hi there,

I have had Zebra 2 for quite some time now and have far from mastered the synth but some of the patches I've done, I really love.

However, apart from my home studio (Windows PC) I do a lot of patch making when I'm on the train on my Macbook. I want to use the VST plugin on Mac to keep compatibility with my Windows PC projects.

The issue I have is that the interface just gets stuck, is not responsive, with either VST or VST3 version of the plugin. It does respond I just don't see the interface update. Making it really hard to work with.

If I click outside the plugin and that back into the plugin then it updates visually. So I can see what settings I changed.

I'm running Yosemite but had the same issue on Mavericks.

My DAW is Presonus Studio One 2.6.4

I would like to add that in fresh projects the AU version of the plugin does work as normal. But that doesnt translate to the PC obviously.

I also bought The Dark Zebra to see if this would help but I'm running into the same issue.

I hope someone can help me out.

Have you tried a different VST host?

I'll will give Cubase a try tonight. Never thought of it before cause I never take the dongle with me and mostly use Studio One anyway.

This sounds very much like the Mavericks "UI freeze" thing that happened a while ago. Please try the latest builds from here, I'm sure it'll fix it:
