T6 will not register online

I have updated to T6 and when prompted to register online a message says cannot connect to Tracktion server and goes on to say if problem persists please.This is how the message ends with please,please what!!,I have told the TEAM but I have not had a reply to my last email,anybody any idea how I can unlock it

AUTO-ADMIN: Non-MP3, WAV, OGG, SoundCloud, YouTube, Vimeo, Twitter and Facebook links in this post have been protected automatically. Once the member reaches 5 posts the links will function as normal.
Try the offline registration. Login at the main Tracktion site, goto manage account, verify your license key(s) thenselect the offline register button links to https://www.tracktion.com/account/unlock-offline (https://www.tracktion.com/account/unlock-offline).
Should get a download option in the browser of text containing your registration key. Be sure to save it
as a file with the extension .tracktionkey. The file can then be dragged onto the Tracktion main window to register.
