Tracktion won't unlock online

Upgraded to T6 and can't unlock it on line.Message says unable to connect to Tracktion.com server if problem persists please.Thats it please what!!.How else is it unlocked,user name and password Ok according to Tracktion.Anybody any ideas as Tracktion not responded to last email.

On your account page there should be a 'register offline computer' option.
