Hi,
I have a Muse Receptor 2+ with Komplete 9. I wanted to know, will it ineract with Komplete 9 on my Receptor as it would with Komplete Lite (the program offered when you purchase the S49)?

Any one try it? We asked for a loaner from NI but they never sent one.
In general, ANY controller that is USB Device Compliant will work with Receptor. If the device says "MIDI" on it, then it by definition has to be device compliant, or they are not using the MIDI trademark properly.
On the other hand, if the controller comes with a big ol' CD or DVD telling you to install a bunch of software before you can use it, then it may require custom / special drivers which means it would NOT be compatible.
The good news is that most manufacturers now understand that having a driver-less USB MIDI implementation is the right thing to do. NI seems to be fond of custom drivers, so I don't know the situation with the Kontroller…
