BR:T6 Built in chorus, mod speed bug

This is a long standing bug from at least as far back as T4. I've reported this behavior before, but it still exists with beta version T6025.

I'm on Windows 8.1, but I've seen the same on XP as well.

The built in chorus modulation speed changes over time, and lower speeds stop modulating at all. Eventually, modulation stops completely.
Here's how to recreate it:
1. Put an audio clip of 2 minutes or more in length on a track. A test tone is good, or put an instance of mda test-tone plugin on the track, with sine wave output. (this is probably the best way to hear it)

2. Load an instance of Tracktion chorus on the same track (after the test-tone plug). Press play. If using mda test-tone, you don't need to press play, just set the plug for sine wave output.

3. Crank the mod speed up to 10hz, and the depth up to 10ms (so you can more easily discern it)

4. Let the file (or plugin) play for around 60 seconds or so.

5. After 60 seconds, pull the mod speed down to 2hz and listen. The mod speed will be much greater than 2hz.

6. Now pull the speed down some more. Somewhere around 1.7hz it will stop modulating at all, making it impossible to get a slow chorus.

If you crank the speed back to 10hz, and let it continue to play, you'll hear it change again after a minute or two. After around 8 minutes, the modulation will cease completely, at any setting of the speed control.

The Tracktion chorus actually sounds really good on guitar, but I'm unable to rely on it with this bug.

Actually just tried the Phaser, and it has mod speed problems as well, although different.

If you turn the speed down to .01hz and leave it for about 5 seconds it will get stuck. When you try to turn it back up, it doesn't respond for about 60 seconds or so. The knob moves, and the numbers change, but the mod rate stays at .01, then jumps back higher after a minute.
