draggin device on top of other device

Small optimization thing:

When dragging a device the browser on top of another device in the Mux, shouldn't Mulab handle it
the way the "replace" command does? Right now it just doesn't allow for that.
(Or is there some kind of keyboard modifier needed to do that?)
