Mac: Manual plugin installation

Some users had trouble with the little install script meant to "generate" and copy all plugin formats to their proper locations.

SlickEQ and all newer plugins are so called "universal binaries". They bundle all formats into a single binary. So in case something doesn't work as expected, you can always fall back to the following procedure for manual plugin installation:

AU version:

just copy "TDR Kotelnikov GE.component" from dmg-archive into "/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components" (you can use Finder menu Go | Go to Folder... to quickly open the target folder)

VST version:

copy "TDR Kotelnikov GE.component" into "/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST" and rename "TDR Kotelnikov GE.component" to "TDR Kotelnikov GE.vst"

AAX version:

copy "TDR Kotelnikov GE.component" into "/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins" and rename "TDR Kotelnikov GE.component" to "TDR Kotelnikov GE.aaxplugin"
