I have been beta testing Hive for a while now and hence using the provided username and serial number.
Now I pulled the trigger and bought a full license which however does not successful take over the beta tester credentials.
In particular, when I enter my full details Hive reads as if it is registered to my name but then jumps back to beta each time I instantiate another one or reopen the project.
Please advise!

seems like an issue with write protected files.
This would ideally be answered by our support guys, I'm sure they've walked people through this a couple of times. Just send email to support at u-he dot com (quickly, because tomorrow is a public holiday in Germany - it's a long weekend...)
