Crashing on mac

I emailed support but got no reply. I recently bought SynthMaster and a number of libraries. It was working but then it would crash Logic Pro when ever I tried to open it. it also crashes other apps I have have when I try and open it. I have tried re-installing but same problem. I'd like to get some support on this please.

Bulet got back to me... I was asked to delete these folders:
/Users/Shared/Synthmastertemp
~/Documents/Synthmaster
Back up ~/Documents/SynthMaster/Presets before you trash the above to save your presets.
This worked. thank you!
