Triple Cheese - is this a bug?

So i pulled up Triple Cheese for the first time in ages today, maybe I'm missing something but the on/off buttons for each module don't appear to do anything. I assume they are supposed to (de)activate the module but it stays on no matter what. Its been so long since i last used it i can't remember if they worked before or did something else.
