Idea:
right click on any recordable dial or slider gives you also the option to "Add Automation Track" or something of that kind.
Reason:
I've noticed that a long time ago already as something I had expected. Recent user requests and issues just reminded me of how useful that would be to not only create a proper automation track for a parameter than can be automated, but also for such new users to realize that potential.

it's so advanced, that it baffles old-school folks like me!

In a way, it's more an info for me to tell people, when they are uncertain about how it works, you know.
I guess, I should start by mentioning that MuLab is drag&drop heaven!
