Patchwork Demo plugins will not appear as inserts in HDN 10-11 OSX 10.9.5
I have deleted all preferences several times.
Is there something wrong in the plugins folders?

I guess you are talking about Pro Tools HD Native, right? Have you installed the AAX version of the plug-in? (unfortunately the images above are not visible).

AAX plug-ins are authorized & appear now as inserts.
..I'm old Cubase user too. This is I hope, a solid way to integrate instruments - plugins, without need if, off syncing both great DAW's with each other...
