Possible to stretch/scale a group of midi notes?

I've been testing out T6's new Retrospective Record, and it's great! Well done guys!

I'm looking for a way to just select a group of MIDI notes in the MIDI editor and then scale/stretch them so that they fit into a measure? (I'm not talking about stretching lengths, I mean start times and end times in unison, basically timestretching a group of MIDI notes)

At the moment I'm having to split the actual MIDI clip up at the boundaries and manually stretch each clip outside the MIDI editor.
