When I insert one of the plugins, the browser by default is directed to the main Preset folder. So if I create a patch (without first going to the browser to change to the /Presets/User (or another) folder), and save the patch, it's created between the factory presets inside the /Preset folder. Ideally, when I insert the plugin, I'd like to see all my own patches in the preset dropdown menu, but more importantly, I'd like them to be saved by default to my own preset folder. Now I have to go the browser first and change the location.
I have tried to empty the default /Preset folder and moved the factory presets which were stored in there to a new folder (within the preset folder). This worked just fine, until an update came along and the factory presets were again neatly re-installed in the Presets folder.
Long story short: is there a way (in some config file) to change the default path which is used by the preset browser when inserting the plugin?
