Hi
I open a MUX device in a rack and I wish to modify it, but I don't see "Show Modular Area" button at the top of the Mux device (Mulab version 6.5.32), I had it in a older version (version ???).
There is the "Modular" button at the top of Mulab (with "Compose" and "Edit"). When I push it, I see all project as modular but I can't edit Mux device, when double-click or choose "Edit", I see only Mulab device in it rack.
How to do ?
I don't see a function to create a new Mux device too.

I had not understand a thing, I tried to do that with a Mux device like MuSynth, but it isn't possible from here, there is no button.
It's possible from a Mux Presets, and create a new one from here ( Factory Presets > Instruments > Templates > Empty Synth or Factory Presets > Effecs > Templates > Empty Mux ) or to modify Presets (except for MuSynth (and others ?) bacause it's protected.
Thanks you for your response pljones

Indeed the devices like MuSynth, MuDrum cannot be changed, they're protected, hence no button to open the modular area for them.pascalb wrote:I had not understand a thing, I tried to do that with a Mux device like MuSynth, but it isn't possible from here, there is no button.
Indeed, you found it.

I have to admit I found it odd that there's no button to start a new mux preset. I think there should be a button to open a new preset as it's confusing for new users and would be easier than navigating browser opening an existing one then deleting unwanted components.

This is a good thread to ask a question it seems... The basic synth which is loaded, if I wanted to change the panel and add a reverb instead of vibrato how would I do that? I tried and I can't seem to hook up the new panel (reverb) to the module I added in the modular area. Is there a video for that? Thanks!

Yes. I quickly viewed that but maybe need to go back and revisit... Thanks!

I've made a small tutorial for basic usage of MUX
