This EQ is a freakin godsend! -or Meldasend :D
Really appreciating working with this EQ and it's dynamic features at this time.
I'm using it for taming unwanted frequencies (obviously) in loops I made long ago that now sound too muddy and harsh. I could just cut those frequencies with a normal EQ but then the loop loses some high end and presence. I added an "Area" on the EQ display with those problematic frequency areas which I now hear have been too dominant in these loops. Maybe you (Melda) can add a "Problem Areas" with these and other problematic frequency areas?

Here's a short video of MAutoDynamicEQ taming a wild loop.
First with the EQ added, then without and again with the EQ.

Hey bro, if possible, could you make a small video of you using the eq to make a sound similar to and input? I try this method myself, however the results are very often nothing like it and unpleasant really. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong! Could I send you a bass example (EDM) for you to try the video on?

Thank you Soarer!
What do you mean by the "problematic areas"?

I mean the frequency areas that you usually want to cut in order to reduce, for example "muddiness" or harshness from an instrument or mix. I just made this area on the EQ for my own convenience, as a reference. It is not important, I just thought there might be a chart or something with these frequency areas.

I found this on the subject:

• Sub-Bass — The very low bass between 16Hz and 60Hz that encompasses sounds that are often felt more than heard, such as thunder in the distance. These frequencies give the music a sense of power even if they occur infrequently. Too much emphasis on this range makes the music sound muddy.

• Bass — The bass between 60Hz and 250Hz contains the fundamental notes of the rhythm section, so EQing this range can change the musical balance, making it fat or thin. Too much boost in this range can make the music sound boomy.

• Low Mids — The midrange between 250Hz and 2000Hz contains the low order harmonics of most musical instruments and can introduce a telephone-like quality to the music if boosted too much. Boosting the 500Hz to 1000Hz octave makes the instruments sound horn-like, while boosting the 1kHz to 2kHz octave makes them sound tinny. Excess output in this range can cause listening fatigue.

Well, that's why the areas are editable. Personally I don't think this should be generalized that much. Essentially every part of the spectrum may cause collisions, felt different way, not depending on the actual pitch only, but also higher harmonics, masking... it's a really complex issue and I'm quite sure we don't really understand it fully yet. But one day... :D
