i just purchased ver. 6 but did not recieve a key in my payment confirmation. what should i do?

Didn't you grab your initial user key cfr the info on http://www.mutools.com/shop.html ?
For the difference between the initial user key and the permanent user key see

Anyway, your permanent MuLab 6 user key has been sent out too meanwhile, see your inbox.

i got the key from you. thanks. i didn't receive the temporary key. maybe because i didn't pay with pay pal?
