I wrote (in fench) on arturia support website,not that I doubt they'll try to help me but I v'e red on same forums that some of us still wait for answers since 7/8 weeks for similar problems, so I
and try here to increase my chance to not throw 200 Euros in the trash. 
PROBLEM:
I just can not opening spark2 soft in standalone.( Can not try it in daw for the moment. )
I bought it recently, first only tryed it one week ago on a Window 7 64bit laptop and it work;
Few days ago I installed it on my Music W10 64bit desktop PC AND IT WORKED I do not remenber if I tried it only one time, or close it than re opened it, but for sure now few days after the initial install of the latest version of spark, I puted the PC on my home studio and :
Now it doesn't open anymore.
First time crash when I launched it displayed a window '' Can not find librairy... '' whereas it didn't move. I define again the path, but nothing happened then.
When I click on the program ( Administrator ) I just have the little circle cursor running, few seconds but then nothing !
It install by default on x86 programm...Is spark soft ( not vst ) only running 32 bit ?
WHAT I DID ( DO )
I tried uninstall install many times. ( I deleted the Arturia programm folder manually too)
After fresh install/uninstall I decided and succefully managed to install and use old cd version 1.6. xx. But no update possible from that ( arturia center display the latest update, but when I click it do not launch the update, still 0% ) so I use the one from arturia and install it ( without uninstall the old working version ) but the problem still the same. Here I am...Doom to use old version...or looking somewhere else...

New PC, Intel 4ghz, SSDs, 16go, windows 10 64bit updates ok, no video card, drivers ok, Yamaha MG10XU ( used also for audio interface ) Latest spark2 version, and a Sparkle recumbent on the desk...
