Hey guys,

I'm having a weird problem here, maybe I'm overlooking something. Since the U-He support is not available on weekends I hope that somebody here ran in to same situation and can help me...

I bought a licence for diva through a reseller. I got a redeem code that I'm supposed to enter at the U-He page. The redeem code works fine, and on the next page I'm prompted to enter my Name and E-Mail address. But unfortunately there is only a button to reset everything but no button to submit my infromation. Did anyone of you have that problem??

The problem is getting the serial it seems, not installing or registering with the serial.
Anyway, I'm just guessing here, but have you tried making an account first? Or, since you had to enter your email and such, have you tried to log in (there's links in the Support page)? Again, just a hunch, but it might work to make an account in the U-He website.

EDIT: actually I just read the FAQ on this matter, it doesn't seem like you need to be registered. Maybe just try a different browser???
