Cos I've used Tracktion since vers1 and upgraded as each new version came out I have the original install files saved on my HD.
I liked the old Mackie plugins that were in T3 so I dragged them into my vst folder and hey presto, they work fine in T6
Just grabbed the entire folder and dragged em in and no fuss, just worked.
Might be worth a look see for some of you guys.

A word of caution - the plugs may appear to be fine, but having done tech support for the past 3 years, it has become apparent they are not very stable on current versions of Tracktion and operating systems.
We did ask Mackie to update, but it was not feasible for them - so we went ahead and created a new version of Final Mix - called Master Mix as it was the most popular Mackie plug. As with any software, it needs to evolve to remain compatible and the Mackie plugs were last updated in 2007
I am not saying you definitely cannot use them, there are a lot of variations of configs - just that generally we don't advise it if you want a stable system
