Hey Guys,

does anyone has the same issue? The plugin is installed correctly and works fine in Sonar X2 but didn´t appear in Studio One V3. No error message appears, it´s just not in the vst plugins list.

No there is compatibility no problem there ive been running the 2 together nicely, recheck the install location of sm, and point the plugin location to that folder.. Or reinstall making sure the right version goes to the right default (64 bit - Program files\vstplugins) or Program files(x86)\vstplugins for 32 bit version

Hey BBZ,

thanks for the Information. For me it was important to know if there´s a general compatiblity issue. Now i have to find out whats wrong on my side. It is installed correctly and i´ve also already pointed the preferences in Studio One to the synthmaster dll folder.

Does S1 V3 scan the folder where you installed SM? Maybe you have to rescan ?

I can get synthmaster 2.7 to appear in studio One V3 no problems. The issue I am having (and I have had this issue for many months) is I am getting a "License key file version is incorrect" error message every time. Have checked the license, it is in the right place, have uninstalled and reinstalled synthmaster factory many times. Have been unable to use synthmaster for many months now, I gave up as I got no response from KV331 when I first sent them a message about this via their website.

So I bought synthmaster factory when it was at version 2.6 something. Does that mean I am not entitled to use version 2.7?

I'd like a reply sometime. Have sent another request for help on this issue, but I doubt I will get a reply.

I am similar issue with Synthmaster giving me "Licen key file incorrect" error in FL Studio. I sent them an email, I really hope they dont take months to reply.

I got a reply from the synthmaster people (maybe last time they were just busy?)..

Long and short, I don't know if this will help, but there appeared to be an inconsistency with the installer / uninstaller. I had uninstalled synthmaster factory previously, but a second time I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it, the license key error went away successfully..

Maybe you can try uninstalling as admin or something, then reinstalling perhaps? See if that helps.

Same stupid problem again..

I got lucky last time, somehow synthmaster, after about 15 uninstalls and reinstalls, worked..

Now it won't accept my license file all over again, Windows 10..
