MDrummer factory library - techno idiot

Hi im new to the Forum and new to the computer music lark, and being a guitarist im pretty low on the tech savvy tree so please be gentle.....
i recently purchased Mdrummer Large, and ive downloaded all 6 RAR files and unpacked them into my downloads folder.
ibut for some reason thr program cant detect them, by running an auto scan or if i point it directly to the folder theyre in. Ive tried moving the files to the MDrummer folder to no avail.
Im running windows 10 and the latest version of MDrummer - can anyone help???
