I'm curious to see if U-HE will take special requests for the Next Plugin they're going to work on. If there's any chance of that, I'll go ahead and put in my vote for the following:

I'll start by saying that I'm a faithful supporter of the U-HE plugins and have/use Zebra, Diva, Satin, and Presswerk. I love the quality and insane amount of thought that goes into providing the ideal quality, character, and tool set for each of these plugins. So, similar in approach to Satin being "one tape machine to rule them all" AND Presswerk being "one compressor to rule them all," I want to request that the next plugin be "ONE EQ TO RULE THEM ALL." I'm certain U-HE could easy do this. I'll also add a special feature request: I love the multiple view/character/function concept of Presswerk and think an EQ plugin would be another perfect place to implement it.

Please add ONE EQ TO RULE THEM ALL to the Next U-HE Plugin list and tell me when I can purchase the BETA! :D

The market is oversaturated with everything, especially compressors and EQs.

I'd say Urs go for an AI composition tool. Not exactly Numerology or !Epoch, more like Band-in-a-Box, but with brainz.

Great pun!
But although there seems to be some resonance, I think we'll have to cut off.
A Presswerk-like EQ is not going to happen in the foreseeable future.

Zebra3 is high on the priority list now, something else by Sascha as well, a huge makeover for one of our effect products... but that will all take quite some time to complete. And before all of that's off the table, I currently don't see any realistic chance for an EQ.
Cheers

I would like a channel strip from u-he but don't know, I would prefer a drum machine with emulation and novel stuff too.

I would love to see u-he s take on an analog drumsynth. A well designed step sequencer a la microtonic meets modular voicing a la Diva.
This would be huge if it could pulled of.
Qw, music from twelve weeks in quarantine is now streaming on spotify and bandcamp. This is a collaboration with the the smallest of worlds VR art project, that documents our living spaces in times of isolation. You can join their project here.

Thanks for the bad news Rob. haha! I have been wanting Zebra3 for longer than I can remember. I'm beyond ready for Zebra3!! I still think it would be great to have a Presswerk equivalent of an EQ, and I'd own it!

Another vote for a drumsynth

a drumsampler with a tricky sequencer. 8)

I'd love to see a focused single drum synth. Like 1 of the 8 parts of micro tonic. A nice light cpu efficient drum synth, meant to be used in the likes of Maschine or Ableton/Bitwig drum racks. There are lots of drum machines out there but I think these types of drum containers need a good powerful but straight forward drum synth module.

Zebra 3 first...

then a drumsynth sounds interesting, but maybe I'd like a creative, agile, u-he sampler more.

No drums - more than enough of those already. I would prefer a physical modelling synth.
