MAutoAlign and Reaper: 1 sample off, inconsistent

Works perfectly with Pro Tools on the same material with the same settings. With Reaper 5, the alignment is off by one sample 75% of the time.

Using the VST 64 bit version (not VST3) with Reaper 5. Using the default preset, but adjusting maximum delay to fit. It's inconsistent, so I can't just set the Delay parameter to 1 sample. Same results with "Standard" and "Standard with Phase" algorithms.

That's normal. In 99.9999% cases there isn't a true perfect solution, so it just calculates what's "mostly best". You can use the delay parameter to alter it afterwards, but it's usually pointless.
