Bazille not seen in KORE 2

Odd issue... Before purchasing Bazille I had downloaded the demos for Ace, Diva, Hive and Bazille and installed them on my windows 7 64x and windows 8.1 64x machines. Worked fine. I decided on Bazille, bought and installed on both machines. I recently decided I wanted to use KORE 2 and fired it up....all of the demo products show up but I cannot get Bazille (latest version) to show in KORE. This is the same on both machines. It works fine in Reaper and Live.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

You might try this:
In Kore's browser choose the Plug-In View, choose any 3rd Plug-In, right-click > open parent folder
This opens the hidden user folder "Database Cache" - delete the Bazille_xyz file.
Restart Kore and see, if this fixed it
Cheers

Hi Dave,
you're welcome.
You might have noticed, that after a restart of Kore a new file for Bazille has been created in this hidden folder. These files include the VST's IDs and in the case with u-he plugins maybe also the different revision numbers.
So if any of these change, this little trick usually helps.
I also experienced sometimes two files for one plugin (maybe after an update to a plugin) - deleting both
does the trick.
Now much fun with Bazille (and Kore) - another great synth by u-he

And if you don't know, I made a template for Bazille in Kore 2 that even automates the cables
https://www.native-instruments.com/foru ... st-1319059
Also, usually templates grant a certain degree of immunity to the problem Losan pointed out.

Hey Stephen,
you're still trying to push Kore to the limit
Nice to see you around, hope you do well...
I think I need to check those mentioned thread to see, what
you (and others) had added lately.
Best,
Frank

Nice to see you back too Frank, you've been away awhile - yes still plugging away at Kore, Alchemy and all my old favourites.

Yes, but actually nobody noticed it (besides you...) - that's just the reality with a "virtual existance" (in most cases). It is, what it is... so what ?
Still using all my old stuff like you, but lately I've been trying to learn some new things in regards to Recording, Mixing, Restoring and Mastering
(including learning about Wavelab, Izotope RX and Cubase inside out).
Also lately I've been falling back to my first and old love (and it still feels fresh...
) - playing the guitar,
which right now takes up most of my time.
Take care,
Frank

hope it is OK to ask here
I have just reinstalled Kore2 after it has been retired for a while....and it was not easy and not everything works perfect.
What i miss the most is the Kore sounds for my Alchemy banks, And after Camel audio has shut down, I can't find them anywhere.
If someone have them or know where to find them, then please help me.

I would check out the Kore forum at NI for those. There is quite an extensive thread on Kore sounds for third party plugins.
@aMUSEd - thanks for the link...I'll have to check those out.
