too bad i can't get a refund - Arturia is an epic fail!!!

You do realize, this was Thankgsgiving weekend?
Give em time, as today is the first business day most vendors are open after the holiday, and Arturia's main office is based in Southern California.
Submit a ticket, it'll get handled. Most folks have a reasonably good outcome from their interactions with Arturia, as can be seen in this thread: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 4&t=438373
and: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic ... 4&t=448617

Then I would most definitely contact an admin, as well as send a PM to the moderators of this forum as they are Arturia personnel to alert them of the situation.
Them being a smaller company, could have experienced what many vendors experience during the most commercially heavy online traffic weekend of the year.
Be patient, they'll take care of you.

Well, I've been an Analog Laboratory 49 user for about 4 years now, upgraded last year to Analog Lab and purchased V-Collection and have had no issues that Arturia wasn't able to assist me with, only to find out that any anomalies in performance where operator error, mine. They walked me through the process of correctly setting everything up, and even assisted me when sourcing a refurbished iMac when I upgraded to Pro Tools, just to make sure that what I had from Arturia would be compatible with the new machine and Pro Tools.
I nearly got the iPad versions of the soft synths as well, but then found out that my first generation iPad is not current enough to support them, so, tragedy averted.

dirmichl, did you try doing a hard reset of the iPad? With some app installs I have had issues that only went away after a hard reboot.
I don't have the iProphet so I can't comment on it in particular.

This kind of situation where the user is blocked can happen if you haven't activated your account in the first place. Or sometimes it is due to too many login attempts using a wrong password/username!dermichl wrote:i CANT submit a ticket because their messy website says "user blocked please contact an admin"TonyFlyingSquirrel wrote:You do realize, this was Thankgsgiving weekend?
