Nori Expansions Volume Reset Issue

For some reason, all of the Nori expansions reset the volume to zero when you playback a midi file. If there is no cc data for volume, it's fine, but if there is any volume data at all it resets to zero. This is only for the expansions, his patches in the Factory Presets don't do this.

Any ideas?
