MPK225 script question

Sorry if this has already been covered, but I couldn't find any answers.

I just discovered another nice surprise- there's finally various scripts available in Bitwig. yay. Been away from Bitwig since around may or june. New platform for me as well, running all Mac OS now, so some stuff is a little different for me.

I am trying to hook up Akai MPK225.
After I got Bitwig installed, I checked Preferences and noticed that there is a script already available for MPK25.

I also found a script for MPK225 on Akai's website.

As per Akai's instructions I inserted the script file into the Controller Scripts directory and when I try to detect available controllers, Bitwig can't find it.

So are these two scripts- the MPK25 (that Bitwig already has) and the MPK225 the same or are they a little different?

Why won't it detect my controller?

Also, sorry if this is the wrong sub forum. I just realized this might be for people who actually write scripts only?...
