I have just acquired a secondhand VIP (version 1 not 2). I'm just making sure it's up to date and it is running software version 1.2.0 (03-06-13), but looking on the website there are versions up to 1.7.something. When I try to update however, it says update failed for anything I try, even a downgrade to v1.1
Any suggestions..?
