I purchased a plugin yesterday from a vendor but have not received the serial number. I would not begrudge a vacation for anyone - but a note on the website advising of a haiatus would have kept me from purchasing while they were vacationing - and not anxiously awaiting an email that allows me to enjoy my purchase. I don't think that's unreasonable.

Anyway, does anyone know? Certainly not the vendor who sold me Bazille - assuring me this would be an "immediate" transaction.

I wouldn't sweat it. I bought Obscurium this morning and still have not heard anything. It's the week after Christmas. They deserve some rest.

I think it is generally automated on the u-he side. Maybe that is not for every single vendor though?

btw... whenever you do get it going... and depending on your own sonic interests... Bazille is a freakin amazing plugin! Nothing else like it!!

I don't know if you purchased from the same vendor as this thread but something similar happened last month...

Yes, the u-he office is closed right now. There are a few of us in and out, but support is extremely limited until January 4, 2016.

However, if you purchased a u-he product from a reseller they will send you a registration code via email, not us. Once you have the email with the registration code follow the instructions and our automated system will send you the serial number.

Sorry, we have no manual work in anything purchased from us. Direct purchases from our website are sent out automatically, purchases from vendors are sent out by whatever system the vendor uses. Most of later should be automated as well but there are a few exceptions.

That said, some of us check emails for urgent cases once or twice a day, but I don't think anyone is answering requests for sound design tips or similar.

Urs - I would hope that sending out a serial number for a paying customer would be a priority - it's been two days since I plugged my redemption code into your site's generator. This has nothing to do with the vendor (for those wondering).

Thank you!

Just to reiterate - I got this far and did do this. As a matter of fact, when I didn't get an email with my serial number within a few minutes, I put in a support "ticket" just in case I gave the wrong email address, which is entirely possible. Too, the vendor I purchased this from put in a support request a day and a half ago.

If this is my fault for a wrong email address, I do apologize, but would you please, please look into this. I'd hate to have to wait until after January 4th to receive a plugin I purchased December 28th.

And of course you checked your spam folder correct?

Correct. :) I've actually never had any u-he emails placed in spam or junk. Too, yesterday I registered an account on u-he and received an instantaneous email confirming that - so...the "airways" are open...

Ok, worth an ask.

Interesting...as of yesterday, that message was not there...even though it says it was created earlier. I've been to the site multiple times, and this is the first day that message existed.

Hi Bodhisan,

Just to make sure I have the right person, based on your username "Bodhisan" ... your first name starts with an 'A' and last name starts with 'T' and you purchased via Scitscat? I don't have full access to all the sales stuff... but I see your email and the one from the reseller in the support system.

I can see the registration code the reseller sent you has been used, so the system *should* have sent out the serial number email. Just to be thorough could you check your spam folders.

If it is still missing I'll see what else I can do. Sorry for the hassle.
