I downloaded the Tracktion T6+ Bundle on Jan 2nd (T6 V6.3) with Synth Pack and Master Mix Plugins. Tracktion T6 itself works fine however none of the plugins will register, even using the offline registration key. Both methods generate errors.Online Registration error: "Sorry, we were not able to authorize your request. There was an error authorizing with the Vendor. Please email support@tracktion.com (mailto:support@tracktion.com) for assistance."
Offline Registration error warns me that the key is either invalid or corrupt, even though I just generated and downloaded the key.
The Marketplace Tab doesn't work either, no matter what I have my default browser set to, I just get "This page can't be displayed" and the normal prompts to make sure the address is correct. Firewall rules allow access and the browser gives a different message if I'm offline.
I suspect part of the problem is the software may contain invalid url's for the new Website.
Also, the machine number for my computer in the main Trackion "About" screen is different to the machine number shown in the plugins. How buggy is that?
Really over it now after trying everything including removing old T4 Software / directories and performing a clean install.
