Doubled Presets In Bitwig Instruments

So I seem to have duplicates of every single preset for all the default instruments. Does anyone know why this would happen and how I can make it go away?? It's not a huge deal, but it gets kind of annoying when scrolling through everything.

This happened to me. Make sure there are no duplicate Folders in your Locations, or Bitwig will scan them twice and add these presets TWICE in the Browser.gentlemanRabbit wrote:So I seem to have duplicates of every single preset for all the default instruments. One more tip: Do not re-add the Bitwig Studio in Documents because Bitwig already scans that by default. You will get duplicates if you do.gentlemanRabbit wrote:Does anyone know why this would happen and how I can make it go away??

I also found this issue in Bitwig 3.
Even though there are no repeated locations, both 'Bitwig' (with the icon) and the HD location show in presets browser.
This is the same location, tested by renaming, which greys out presets in both.
Annoying, as it means you can only browse in one direction with a controller.

Also re-indexed, and after checking in the Library folder I can see multisamples and presets both have some of the same content. This is one to email tech support I think. If I find a solution I will post it here..
