Hey, I received an email from Tracktion on 1/9/16 about upgrading to T6 from T5.

Thank you for redeeming your T5 license. We hope you're enjoying the software. If you'd like to go a step further, we're offering a $20 T6 Upgrade, a $50 T6+ Bundle Upgrade or a $120 T6 Ultimate Bundle Upgrade this weekend! See below for a description of T6 features and tracktion.com for descriptions of the bundle packages.

However, I get an invalid discount code when attempting to upgrade. Anyone else experience this?

I got the notice, but didn't attempt the upgrade. I did that last time - upgraded from T3 to T5 about 2 months before T6 came out; and missed out on that "free upgrade to those that had just upgraded to T5".

T7 should be announced soon, so it's surprising that they'd be promoting T5 to T6 at this time... ?

Suspect the offer was time limited, just like the black friday deal.

Got a $20 coupon from Tracktion for their NAMM promotion - upgraded to T6 for $10!

Hm, I hadn't gotten that email (I have a T5 license). Just looked through the spam, but didn't see anything there, either. For $10 or $20 I would probably have upgraded also, though T7 seems to be around the corner.
