Zebrify causing silence on audio track

I'm trying to insert a Zebrify onto an audio track in Ableton but when i do, it causes the audio signal to go silent.....I have Input 1 on Max, and i tried the same insert on a normal track...I am routing one Audio track into another audio track, it's the track that i am sending the audio into that the insert doesnt work on .
