Yes. In settings there is a cpu test.
Also Vojtech has in the past said that MXXX is less cpu intensive.

Yep, you can literally try, but it wouldn't work much that using the included CPU benchmark, because it doesn't include the host overhead for obvious reasons. So the best would be to simply but them all on one track and duplicate that track until the CPU hit is obvious. Then try the same thing with MXXX.
