You need to change it for each and every modulation dropdown menu. It's not a single-line change.

Iiiks ... Thanks you. So it would be the best to make a constant like COLOUR name='label_mod' rgba='FFBA20ff' and search through the whole script? Any tips to quickly identify the right label? Or is this really a game of patience?

You could use my "Mod Highlights" modification of the original skin as a basis, for example:
