I'm assuming there's a chance the new 2.9 s minimum block overlap between consecutive analysis windows put forth in EBU Tech 3342 v3 (https://tech.ebu.ch/docs/tech/tech3342.pdf) could require changes to metering...
I haven't yet grabbed the test files (https://tech.ebu.ch/publications/ebu_loudness_test_set) but if a change is needed, these should verify compliance.
